In 2013, Russ and Tracy (Horinek) Didlake, Ponca City, purchased the 120-acre property from an Evans’ descendent. Forty of those 120 acres which includes the stone barn are being reshaped into to a small business park complex. Didlake purchased the property to save what was now left of the original 2100 sq. ft barn. The structure has now become the home of Keller Williams Select. When the Didlakes purchased the building, it was in disrepair with structural damage and a caved-in roof.
"The lady that I bought [the barn] from made me promise her to do whatever I could to preserve the barn that was here." - Russ Didlake

Working with the Didlake family on the renovation of this historic stone barn has been a pleasure for the WTA team. Their vision and determination made this beautiful project come to life. We are so fortunate that we got the opportunity to play a role in this important renovation.
