Future home of Keller Williams Realty, this adaptive reuse project brings a breath of life back into a historic Ponca City landmark. Complete with antique stonework and ample amounts of natural light, this project will showcase the perfect blend between traditional and modern design. It has been a privilege to design and restore a treasured piece of our town's past. Special thanks to Russ Didlake and Watson Construction. 

Pioneer Technology Center currently serves as a vocational school offering a wide array of services and extended learning programs. This project focused on the renovation and expansion of the school's cosmetology program, cooking division and the addition of a new seminar room.

This project focuses on a complete renovation of the current Anderson Building of Ponca City High School. School officials wanted to create a space dedicated to the development and advancement of the Ponca City STEM program. This renovation includes a new floor plan which can flex with the needs of the instructors and students while highlighting the theme of a circuit-board. 

Completed in 2020, the Ponca City Schools Concert Hall provides an exemplary performance space for students of all ages. To accompany the growing needs of Ponca City High School's music program, a large classroom addition will be connected to the south side of the existing concert hall. These classrooms will be acoustically geared toward choir, orchestra and band, as well as incorporating practice rooms and faculty offices.

As Ponca City Public Schools' athletic programs expand, it is imperative to provide them with the necessary facilities to facilitate this growth. This project will focus on the addition of more tennis courts to the existing amount, as well as providing a new structure to house restrooms, changing rooms and concessions. This renovation will also allow for more seating for viewers to enjoy.
