Partners Richard Winterrowd, AIA and Sally Talley, AIA bring their combined architectural knowledge and experience to all WTA projects. The firm has an established presence in North Central Oklahoma and South-Central Kansas including Ponca City, Blackwell, McCord, Newkirk, Stillwater, Tonkawa and Arkansas City.
